Diakonia’s 1st Annual Thanksgiving 5K Turkey Trot on the Boardwalk

A Thanksgiving 5K run/walk on the Ocean City Boardwalk to benefit the services of Diakonia.

On Thanksgiving morning, you can join us on the boardwalk for our first annual Diakonia 5K Turkey Trot.

Enjoy the Ocean City Boardwalk by taking a run, walk, or even a casual stroll. All registration proceeds go to help those in need of services, housing, shelter, and food in our community.

This is a fun, non-timed event. Registration starts at 8am on the boardwalk next to Dumser’s Dairyland at 500 S. Atlantic Ave, with an official start time of 9am.

Turn around is near 16th Street between the Hyatt and Quality Inn.

First 250 registrants get a free Diakonia 5K Turkey Trot T-Shirt!!

There will be prizes for the best dressed costume, lots of fun, and of course providing help for today and hope for tomorrow.
