Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, Diakonia has officially reached the halfway point in fundraising for Phase I of our Supportive Living Campus. To celebrate this exciting milestone, we’re officially launching our public Capital Campaign and inviting the community to join us for Hope, Reimagined: An Evening to Shape Tomorrow Together.

This special evening marks more than a celebration. It’s an opportunity to invest in the future of individuals, families, and Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness across Maryland’s Lower Eastern Shore.

Guests will enjoy live music, dancing, heavy hors d’oeuvres, desserts, two complimentary drink tickets, a live auction, 50/50 boards, a photo booth, and more while learning how the Supportive Living Campus will expand Diakonia’s impact for generations to come.

Phase I of the project will include an expanded Food Pantry and distribution center, a larger Thrift Store and Donation Center, Veteran Support and Outreach Services, administrative offices, and community space, creating a stronger foundation to meet the growing needs of our region.
